All orders are delivered by a courier of our discretion on a 48hr delivery service. UK delivery is free of charge and is usually delivered within 2-3 working days, if you are still waiting 5 days after your fulfilment notification then feel free to get in touch with Rosie for assistance. However please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be claimed for ‘late delivery.’ We will always do our best to get your orders to you asap. International delivery is available at an additional charge calculated at checkout.

If there is a mistake in the shipping address you provide, please let us know asap and we will do our best to change this. However, we cannot be held responsible for this and the address cannot be updated once the order is dispatched.

We accept returns within 28 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping (unless reason for return is a product defect or an error on our part). Contact us by email at chloe@howaboutnope.com and we will be happy to help. Simply send the products back to us, enclose a return note with your order number. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival. You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receipt of your return.

We operate a love us or refund us policy for new customers who have purchased shampoo & conditioner bar sets from our website. The love us or refund us policy is valid for 28 days from the original purchase date. If you are not happy with the products and their affect on your hair within this timeframe you are eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand our ingredients and care guide before purchasing and using our products and to not purchase products that contain ingredients which the user has an allergy or sensitivity towards. Our love us or refund us policy does not apply to products that have been purchased in neglect to understand ingredients or damaged by misuse. The love us or refund us refund covers your first shampoo & conditioner bar set purchase. Accessories and additional bars will not be covered in this policy, however can be refunded inline with our return policy, please read the return policy above for further details.

The love us or refund us refund amount will cover the order in full when a bare shampoo & conditioner bar set was purchased. In situations were accessory bundles or bulk buys were purchased, the refund will be the equivalent of one shampoo & conditioner bar set (£18). To initiate a love us or refund us request please email chloe@howaboutnope.com and request a refund with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction within 28 days from original purchase date, we will review your request and respond within 2 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a refund within 14 days of refund request approval. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, consequential or incidental damages, arising from the use or misuse of our products.
