how to use

Soak & lather - Start by soaking your hair thoroughly – really wet it.
Lather the shampoo bar by rubbing the bar in a circular motion on your scalp (forehead, temples, crown, back). Always shampoo twice.
Massage & rinse - Use your fingertips (not nails) to massage your scalp. Focus on the roots – no need to scrub the lengths. Rinse thoroughly after each shampoo to avoid residue.
Condition & comb - Glide the conditioner bar over mid-lengths and ends applying pressure with the bar on your hair using both hands. Use a comb or wet brush to evenly distribute – starting from the ends and working up.
Let it sit & store right - Leave conditioner on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse (or leave a little in if your hair loves hydration).
Store your bars somewhere dry between uses – our draining rack works a treat. No soggy bars here.

Wet your hair and move the bar in a circular motion on your scalp to create a foamy lather, then massage thoroughly. Rinse and repeat.

step 2.

conditioner.

Run the bar under hot water. Hold a section of wet hair, press the bar with both hands, and slide down from mid-lengths to ends with pressure. Comb through for even coverage, leave for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

step 3.

I bought the peppermint shampoo and conditioner, I have been using sulfate free hair care for a while mostly because my scalp was reacting to it. I have been using this for 1 month and I am in love! My hair feels amazing! It’s soft and shiny without feeling greasy at all! 100% recommend!!

Unbelievably good shampoo and condish! I have very fine hair that gets dirty and very itchy after 2 days, I’ve tried so so many different things from expensive bottles, dandruff shampoo and other soap bars and nothing worked. I’ve never had such healthy feeling hair, after 2 washes I can positively say i can stop looking for the solution, it’s nope! Shampoo lathers luxuriously and instantly and doesn't leave your hair dried out like most soap bars do. Conditioner is a harder bar and takes a minute to get used to using but you only need a little of it and it works perfectly leaving my bleached hair feeling bouncy and healthy.

Loving the peppermint shampoo and conditioner bars. Have tried a few different bars and thought I'd found my favourite from another brand, but these bars beat my old favourite. Work well on my fine, dark hair and I could probably stretch to washing every 3 days occasionally instead of current every other day now. Will be buying again but I think these first bars will last for ages.

I've tried various shampoo and conditioner bars over the past couple of years with little success. I have just started using nope peppermint refresh and I know already I have found my forever shampoo/conditioner. It lathers up so quickly, and a little goes along way! The conditioner makes my hair feel silky and soft in a healthy way. I have also used the shampoo bar as a body wash bar as it smells amazing. I cannot recommend nope bars highly enough 🌟 It feels great to be doing my bit to reduce plastic waste too 😃

I am a every 2 days washer for hair with this shampoo bar I didn't have greasy hair at all. Shampoo & conditioner smells lovely, hair is smoother and conditioner made hair so well conditioned. I would normally use half a bottle on my hair so had little hope of it working but it is brilliant I will be buying more flavours for sure x

Have fine hair, but a lot of it. Always had to wash my hair every other day without fail, often using dry shampoo on the non wash day. Bought nope on a whim after an add and so glad I did! Been using the peppermint set on my hair for a few months now, and after a few weeks adjustment my hair is now in amazing condition. Been told how lovely it looks by others. Only have to wash every 5 days now and only break out the dry shampoo on the 4th day for a bit of texture. Scalp is also much lesss itchy and flakey. Still got most of the same bars left I initially purchased so definitely value for money too! Will be reordering when they’re running out. Glossy healthy clean hair.

Bought the peppermint shampoo and conditioner bars, have been using for a couple of weeks. The shampoo lathers really well and the conditioner does make my ends smooth. I have had people comment on how healthy hair looks and the condition of my hair which is lovely. However I bought the bars as I currently wash my hair everyday as my fringe and roots become greasy throughout the day. I hoped this would help with washing my hair less - it hasn’t I still found that without dry shampoo spray I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to work as my hair wouldn’t be as clean as I’d like. I’ll probably continue to use the bars but can’t say it’s any better than my bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

First time using these bars and so far so good. The shampoo bar creates one heck of a lather! The conditioner is easy to apply and leaves my shoulder length hair tangle free. If I had one gripe it’s that I expected my hair to smell all nice and minty afterwards but it doesn’t seem to retain any of the lovely zingy fragrance. Apart from that though, happy with the product so far.

I've washed my hair every other day if not daily when I was teenager for many years. After I had my son 7 years ago, I've really struggled with my scalp being dry and scabs. I've always had greasy hair too. Wasn't convinced the bars would be any good as have used others in the past and never helped. I must say I have been pleasantly proved wrong. The peppermint shampoo and conditioner are amazing. I've washed my hair on Sunday and Thursday. Will easily get away without washing until Monday or Tuesday again. Honestly buy them, you won't regret it!

Sorry but nope is a big nope for me, my fine but full oily hair was great on wash day, but the next day it’s lank and more oily than usual, my scalp doesn’t feel cleansed enough, love the idea of going natural but it’s just not enough to clean the scalp and hair thoroughly

I am on to my second order today. I originally bought the peppermint refresh set for my very fine and quite thin hair. I bought the set after finding it on an Instagram ad, I was drawn to it for the promises of a comfortable scalp (mine is would often be very itchy) and not needing to wash it as often (as mine would often need a daily wash/or dry shampoo which I find drying)! My experience is that I find that with the shampoo that my hair is left well conditioned, my scalp isn't itchy at all, I can wash my hair every other day or every two days - which is amazing! Though it does make my hair smoother, less flyaways, it does make my hair flat. So, I don't tend to use the conditioner which flattens it more and makes it get greasier faster. And as a result the ends of my hair are lacking some moisture. My feedback is that I think for really fine and thin hair like mine a less conditioning shampoo and conditioner could be better. So, I am going to try the fragrance free shampoo for now to see if it works better for me. My guess is that it is going to be quite moisturising, so I will see if the shampoo alone does what I need. Thank you so much for making quality, plastic free products that are good value!

I actually bought this for myself but I decided to try it on my 5yr old sons hair after such amazing results on my hair. He has extremely thick blonde hair past his butt. He doesn't want it cut so we just let it grow but he knows his hair needs to be looked after to keep it in good condition. I had always just stuck to typical "no tears" shampoos. His hair is ALWAYS incredibly knotted and it's a constant battle with hair brushing. But one day I thought I'd try my nope. peppermint shampoo set on his hair. I done the usual 2 shampoos and a wee bit of the condition bar on the lengths. It was really quick to rinse out! After washing his hair, I normally have to use a bunch of hair oils and spray in conditioners or I can't get a comb through his hair. But to my delight, the comb just slid through his hair with no effort WITHOUT the usual cocktail of hair oils etc. I let his hair air dry and it does take a while due to how thick his hair is but once dry, his hair was like literal silk and I felt a slight tinge of jealousy! 😄😍 Shampoo x2, condition, straight to combing and no tears or screaming? Yup, I will ONLY ever use nope. shampoos and conditioners on his hair from now on. I have ordered the "into the deep" set to try on his hair (I really want to try the conditioner on my dry hair too!) I highly recommend this for adults and children. Makes life so much easier. I will review the "into the deep" set once I've used it on my sons beautiful hair 💚

I absolutely love my peppermint refresh shampoo and conditioner bars. I'm completely converted and I don't think will never go back (despite having two unopened expensive bottles of my old products left in the cupboard!) I have very greasy, flat hair and previously washed it every other with dry shampoo in between washes. I'm now getting at least 1, usually 2 extra days in between washing (depends if I've tied my hair up or done sports) and no dry shampoo days at all. It's improved my scalp eczema. There's noticeably less hair loss - both during the wash and when brushing in the days after. At first my hair was a bit static but tips from Rosie's newsletter and tweaking the conditioner application (I now use a bit more, and leave it on for a minute longer) solved that. My hair has a lovely bounce and shine to it. I get such a good lather from the shampoo I always end up with too much for my hair so I use what's left over as my body wash.

I bought the peppermint refresh shampoo & conditioner set for my teenage daughter for Christmas. She no longer has a flaky scalp, her hair is softer & does not get as greasy as quick.
