    how to use
    1. Soak & lather - Start by soaking your hair thoroughly – really wet it.
      Lather the shampoo bar by rubbing the bar in a circular motion on your scalp (forehead, temples, crown, back). Always shampoo twice.
    2. Massage & rinse - Use your fingertips (not nails) to massage your scalp. Focus on the roots – no need to scrub the lengths. Rinse thoroughly after each shampoo to avoid residue.
    3. Condition & comb - Glide the conditioner bar over mid-lengths and ends applying pressure with the bar on your hair using both hands. Use a comb or wet brush to evenly distribute – starting from the ends and working up.
    4. Let it sit & store right - Leave conditioner on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse (or leave a little in if your hair loves hydration).
      Store your bars somewhere dry between uses – our draining rack works a treat. No soggy bars here.

    Wet your hair and move the bar in a circular motion on your scalp to create a foamy lather, then massage thoroughly. Rinse and repeat.

    Run the bar under hot water. Hold a section of wet hair, press the bar with both hands, and slide down from mid-lengths to ends with pressure. Comb through for even coverage, leave for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

    Obsessed! I’ve always struggled with having dry, dull hair and also struggled with having an extremely sensitive scalp. After one use my hair already feels the best it’s felt in years and is so silky & shiny! The bars lather up more than normal liquid shampoo and smell amazing - wish I’d tried sooner!

    I've been using nope. for about 6 months now, and I love it. I have thick 3c/4a high porosity hair, and whilst I was skeptical at first, these shampoo bars work SO well. At first I used the 'peppermint refresh', which was great for a deep cleanse but a bit too stripping for my hair type, then switched to 'into the deep' which is much less drying, whilst still thoroughly cleansing my hair and lathers up way more than my usual curly hair brand one does- it is safe to say I won't be returning to bottle shampoo as long as nope. is around. One thing I will say is the bar doesn't last super long for me as I have thick hair and double cleanse, and I haven't tried the conditioner that comes with it as I use a deep conditioning mask instead, however I have been using the oat cleansing bar which is a great gentle cleanser, and does last me ages! All in all would highly recommend x

Less frizz, easier to de tangle, gorgeous shine - I’ve wasted so much money of conditioner that promises all these things but never delivers - I’m using nothing but Nope from here on in!

    I love how clean my hair feels afterwards. It feels incredibly light and I have noticed the amount I need to wash it has reduced too. The condition of my hair seems far healthier and shinier as well!

    I was having to use Head & Shoulders (shampoo, conditioner and serum) as I had a really itch scalp. Nope had the same results, with just shampoo & conditioner, plus no plastic! I used into the deep & wash every 3-4 days. Just ordered the 3 pack. The face wash is great too.

    I've been using nope. bars now for over a year. I love them! I tell anyone who wants to listen about the bars... I started off using Peppermint Refresh, which cured my itchy scalp with the first wash. (I'd been using a well-known anti-dandruff brand 😉) Being in menopause now, my hair has changed again, so I now use the Into The Deep... My husband uses them as well and as a lifelong sufferer of eczema, he's well impressed with these bars! We both have very sensitive skin. No irritation or problems, at all, just clean, fresh-feeling hair, which doesn't need washed as often. Rosie and her partner and team are very knowledgeable and VERY customer focused! This can be rare nowadays, so it's refreshing..... just like the bars! 😁

    The shampoo and conditioner have a pleasant sent which isn’t overpowering which I liked; with the shampoo smelling stronger than the conditioner bar. Both bars were really easy to use with the circular shape making it easy to hold and lather straight into your hair. The shampoo bar lathers really quickly so you don’t need to use much at all (next time I know to use less in my hair as I ended up with a lot a lot of lather). The conditioner bar made my hair feel really smooth and made brushing my hair (which I do in the shower) painless and so quick. All that from just 4-5 passes of the bar down the lengths of my hair. For this first application I let my hair dry naturally and it left my hair feeling very soft and allowed some of my natural waves and curls to come through (I did not use any other hair products as I just wanted to see how the shampoo and conditioner worked) which is amazing as shampoos and conditioners can sometimes leave my hair feeling quite heavy. For the second application I had to blow dry my hair as I had to go to work. Blow dying after using the shampoo and conditioner bar I saw no loss of curls and my hair didn’t feel wet or greasy which is amazing though it is a little frizzy but that’s due to my frantic hair drying.

    I came across Nope. when I was looking for an eco-friendly alternative to the standard shampoo/conditioner offered from the supermarket as I wanted to find a product which was made and tested within the UK rather than being manufactured/tested abroad with different water conditions, and then shipped over. As a complete newbie to the solid shampoo + conditioner world, I opted to go for the option which included everything I needed from a drying rack to storage containers and boy, I am very pleased I did! When the items arrived, they came in a recyclable box with paper tape, the products themselves were wrapped in tissue paper and came with an information card where you could scan a QR code for more information. I appreciate that Nope. is being mindful of the environment and making an effort to be more sustainable with recyclable packaging rather than wrapping everything in plastic which ends up in landfill. On to the shampoo + conditioner themselves, I have been testing the bars for about 3 weeks and from the very beginning, I did not experience a transitional period where my hair ended up being more greasy and lifeless which was a nice surprise. I am someone who has washed her hair every day for the last 7+ years and let me tell you, after 2 weeks of using my nope. bars, I started to notice that the condition of my hair was improving and I didn't actually need to wash it every day so I have now moved to washing every other day which for me, is a major plus and speaks volumes about the formula of these products. On the days I do wash my hair, I follow the steps recommended by Nope. so wash twice, condition my hair from mid-ends once and after 3 weeks, my bar is probably about 25% used so I anticipate getting at least another 2 months out of it before it needs replacing. Thank you Nope. for changing my hair and making it super healthy!

    I have used shampoo bars for well over 10 years - originally from the well known high street company famous for bath bombs etc. I discovered nope. on facebook and decided to give them a try as the formulations of my regular bars seemed to have changed. I have just ordered my 3rd set! I originally used 'Into the Deep' . My long, fine, dyed hair felt squeaky clean from the first use. No residue, just soft, shiny hair that I can comb through with no tangles. I have just ordered 'Peppermint Refresh' to use occasionally as I get an itchy scalp sometimes. The bars last for ages and the scents are not overpowering. No unnecessary packaging, speedy dispatch and customer service is great too!

    I have thick dry hair, I have tried numerous brands to get the right amount of moisture in. I was very sceptical to try these as I have used expensive brands as I thought that's what my hair needed. I just couldn't keep up to the cost of them! I did my research and found these into the deep bars. From the first wash I can tell the quality, my hair is so soft and moisturised. I am so glad I found these and so is my hair! I certainly won't look back!

    I’ve always used shampoo and conditioner from a bottle, consisting of harsh and unnecessary chemicals, and decided i wanted to make a change to both benefit the environment and benefit my hair. I ordered these thinking it would be a difficult change that would take time to adjust, but it’s actually been super easy! My hair feels so much better and i’ve been receiving compliments on how soft and shiny it looks lately. I only need to wash my hair twice a week with these bars which is incredible for me! I actually look forward to hair wash days because i get excited to use my bars. The shampoo lathers really well, and the conditioner works best for me when i don’t rub it on my hands but rather rub the bar directly onto my hair. Can’t wait to repurchase when these eventually run out, however they do last a very long time which is just another positive.

    I’ve never used solid shampoo/conditioner before but these Nope bars are amazing. I have natural curly hair which is very thick and long so I went for the Into the deep range. After one wash my hair felt so clean and made me realise that my previous products just haven’t been doing the job properly for years! My hair feels lighter, less frizz and just feels so soft. My scalp feels happier and it’s a joy to use. Excellent product that’s plastic free too! Highly recommend.

    I recently purchased in the deep shampoo, conditioner with the rack and travel tins. What can I say but WOW, the products are easy to use, my hair looks and feels amazing! I have thick wavy hair which can be unruly, but nope shampoo and conditioner always makes my hair tame and soft. The rack allows for easy storage whilst in the shower, and the tins are handy to store them in. I've already purchased another set and also the facial cleansing bar! Thanks for selling these fabulous products!

    I have seen many brands advertised but read the reviews of nope and thought I would give it ago. The main reason for using the shampoo deep conditioning and conditioner is i am going to India in november for 3 weeks and need to travel light so I also bought the tins. Well I have now used the product a few times I gave thick curly hair and wow these products are amazing. I will be continuing using this product in the future. One question I do have will nope be bringing out a exfoliating soap and also a conditioning soap so I dont need to use body lotion. I would strongly advise anyone to invest into nope.

    I’ve been toying with the idea of trying more natural hair products and cutting down on packaging and so gave these shampoo and conditioner bars a whirl. I usually like to sniff before I buy so was absolutely delighted to receive a lush smelling set of bars. I could tell the difference immediately with the shampoo bar, my hair felt instantly cleaner and rinsed faster than other products I’ve used. Once I double checked that the conditioner should actually be physically smoothed onto the hair ( it wasn’t layering in my hands), it also didn’t disappoint. I feel I have to wash my hair less often, it dries with more volume and there’s a subtle gorgeous scent. I will be buying this again, I would highly recommend.     I have struggled with greasy hair at the roots but dry at the ends for ages so I started using the peppermint shampoo bar with the argan conditioner bar. My hair is much less greasy between washes and the ends are nice and soft. My hair feels so lovely and light too. I thought the mint smelled really strong when I opened the box but once it’s out it’s actually a lovely mild mint, I feel like I’m washing my hair with mint aero, my fave! It lathers really well too, I’ve used other bars that don’t so I was worried but it’s great. Fab product all round! The only thing is I’d like to be able to buy the travel containers and drying equipment separately.

    Brilliant product, brilliant service! I’ve always found it difficult to find a product that doesn’t make my head itch and is good for my wavy hair. I’ve tried so many expensive products and none come even close to the ‘In the deep’ shampoo and conditioner. The fact there’s 0 plastic is a massive win too.
